Cost behaviour per block
Quantities are calculated from the engineered roof design, not estimated. Prices exclude
colour selection, which is confirmed at order stage. Geysers, solar PV and HVAC must not be fixed
to the roof structure unless shown on the roof layout. Payment terms: 60% deposit, 20% before
delivery, 15% on completion of truss installation, 5% on project completion. 2,5 % settlement
discount for full payment with order.
Acceptance of quotation
Signing below accepts this quotation on the terms above, for the items and options listed on it. Prices hold for seven days from the date of the quotation.
